​If you are a new client, more detailed information such as my address and parking will be sent over to you on confirmation of booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can cancel or rearrange if needed through the link in this email.

A reminder text message will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment.

If you arrive later than 15 minutes past the agreed appointment time, I will not be able to complete the full treatment and your treatment will be cancelled.

A consult/medical form is required for you to complete prior to your treatment. This will be sent to you via the booking system, or can completed in person on the day.

If you are a new client attending for a nail treatment, please attend with bare nails. I do not remove other people's work unless previously agreed.

Please note I only work on natural nails and do not offer nail extensions as a service.

I am only insured to treat clients over the age of 18.

Please arrive unaccompanied this includes minors, unless previously agreed.

Although not allowed inside the beauty studio, I do have three resident cats. Please make me aware if you have any allergies to cats and I will go out of my way to be extra vigilant.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers can be purchased for any treatment or any amount and are valid for one year from the purchase date. Vouchers are non refundable. When booking a treatment with a voucher, please remember to bring the voucher with you to your appointment.
NAIL REPAIRS
Oh no! Chips and breaks can happen sometimes. Within 6 days of your appointment I will repair for free and try to accommodate you as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I politely ask for at least 24hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. I understand that schedules change and sickness or emergencies cannot be helped, however if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the cost of the treatment. The cancellation fee will need to be settled before any further appointments can be confirmed.
PRIVACY POLICY
I collect personally identifiable information through my contact form via my Wix website and also my Ovatu booking system. This includes name, address, email and phone number. I collect this information for the specific reason of being able to contact my visitors and users with general or personalised notices. Your data will be stored through Wix's and Ovatu's database in accordance of GDPR. This is a secure server with firewalls.

Consult forms and all medical information collected are stored in accordance of GDPR using Ovatu booking system. I collect medical information as an requirement of my business insurance to evidence that there are no contraindications in which the treatment cannot be preformed, and in doing so may risk the health of myself or client.

Photographs may be taken during the treatment with the permission of the client for the purpose of promotional content for social media. These are stored in accordance of GDPR and can be requested to be deleted at any time. They will be posted only with permission to my business social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram.
